RESPONSABILITATI

-Ensure the availability of ATM + AST network within the Service Level guidelines;
-Respond and resolved different incidents and issues related to ATM/ AST within the Service Level guidelines;
-Investigate Logs and Messages in order to solve the incidents related to ATM/ AST;
-Keep the contact with third line support in order to solve the incidents and problems related to ATM/ AST;
-Keep the contact with third party support and providers.


CERINTE

-University degree (IT, engineering) background;
-Knowledge of card related products and services, processes and procedures;
-Knowledge of ATM/ AST related processes and procedures;
-Capable to meet certain deadlines;
-Proactive attitude;
-Team player;
