RESPONSABILITATI

System Integration Engineer will be involved in client-site work; either as an individual or part of a team in one or more stages of an implementation project and may be involved in operational on-site client support.


Duties& Responsibilities


General requirements

 Systems integration background
 Previous experience with major BSS Systems
 CRM and account management solutions
 Written and fluent spoken business English
 Consultative and client facing skills
 Mobility is critical to these positions. Personnel should expect 50-80% travel from their home location. Travel requirements may consist of frequent weekly travel and/or extended stays at Project locations.
 Compliance with Computaris implementation
methodology

Principal duties and responsibilities:

 Implementation:

Define configuration specification, migration tools specification
and/or test case specifications. Assist in defining migration and/or testing strategies Involved in implementing the solution at different stages in the
project.
Involved in the delivery of final solution to the client
Play an active role in handing over project to client support for on-going service.


 Solutions:

Analyze client business problems and needs.
Adhere to client requirements and solution architecture
throughout the project life cycle.
Create business & solutions requirements documents.
Provide regular status reports to account management
(Program), team management (Implementation) and project management.


CERINTE

 Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year
college or university with three to five years related
experience; or equivalent combination of education and
experience. Advanced degree preferred
 Ability to establish and maintain quality communication with the client
 Strong oral and written communication skills
 Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
 Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
 Ability to make decisions regarding time and priority
management
 Basic knowledge of UNIX, SQL, and/or Oracle
 Proficiency in English, as well as the native language of the hiring location
 Additional languages are desirable
 Frequent travel (50% – 90%)
 Proficiency with various software applications
programmes such as Microsoft Office Suite is desirable
 Knowledge and experience of some of following:
requirements analysis; product configuration; data
migration; testing methodology and practice; CRM
industry; Customer Care and order management are
preferred
