- The employee will be involved in software development projects in the field of mobile telephony, mobile commerce, telecoms messaging and telecoms interworking using state-of-the-art technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Analayse customer's requirements and existing system architecture;
- Prepare concept specifications, architecture specifications;
- Review implementation efforts estimates;
- Review all technical documentations;
- Have a wide and deep knowledge of company's systems and their alternatives at a technical level;
- Providing a ¿guru¿ resource for solving technical problems;
- Find solutions for dfficult technical problems;
- Attend project meetings (telephone and in person) internally, offsite and onsite;
- Ensure that defects and non-conformities are reported and solved according to the management procedures;
- Ensure that company's management procedures are followed;
- Assist in the continuous improvement of the management procedures;
- Act as a vector to disseminate technical expertise within the company;
- Liaise with other managers about strategy for personal development plans.
- University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
- Minimum 2 years full-time working experience in an IT company after completing your degree;
- Experience with software development in Java, ¿C¿, Oracle and Unix;
- Experience with high performance systems and computer communications protocols;
- Experience with systematic software development methodologies;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Highly motivated and ability to work in small teams;
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
