- Ensures the compatibility of the product catalogue with MIS tools under the supervision of the department head.
- Implement a comprehensive and efficient operational and strategic controlling system, introducing and spreading at all levels of the Bank appropriate measuring systems.
- Contribute to the preparation of the monitoring tools required by the Top Management and UniCredit Group, under the supervision of the MIS head and with the support of the Controlling Unit within the Strategy, Planning and Control (SP&C) Department.
- Monitor and implement necessary measures for insuring accurate databases.
- Ensures from technical point of view that all reports are prepared on a timely and accurate basis
under CFO’s responsibility) to ensure proper reporting systems.
- Contribute to the budgeting process by developing the required instruments and models under the supervision of the department head and with the support of the Controlling Unit within the SP&C Department. Ensures the technical support and maintenance of the instruments used in the budgeting process.
- Ensures technical assistance to the relevant user groups and offer formal or informal trainings for the implemented systems or instruments.
- Contribute to the development of technical design and implementation of data bases as component of controlling instrument.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in related area;
- University degree or post-university specialization on cybernetics/business informatics;
- Already proven track record of high performance/results in the area of activity;
- Good command of English;
- Excellent data base knowledge regarding relational and multidimensional data bases
- Excellent PC knowledge (Access, Oracle, Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Analytical & investigative skills, ability to provide effective solutions to identified issues;
- Proactive personality;
- Good presentation skills;
- Ability to operate in highly sensitive, pressurized environment;
- Innovative, mathematical and analytical skills.
