-Collect, understand and analyze business needs and issues;
-Participate in the business process analysis and propose process improvements;
-Coordinate business specifications; provide recommendations for new applications or enhancements;
-Assesses the impact of the change of existing environment from systems point of view in order to provide efficient solution to business requests;
-Creates the standard functional design document that should contain the design of the functional solution, assures interaction with programmers and testers in order to obtain correct adaptation of the solution to the existing environment;
-Estimates duration of functional design and integration test;
-Creates and updates integration test plan;
-Estimate, implement, maintain and unit test for products/new functionalities configured with intern BPM application;
-Coordinate and assist implementations
-Provides support for business user and other support lines;
-Deliver training and documentation on solutions for first and second line support teams.
-University degree - (IT, engineering) background;
-Job related experience;
-Strong analytical skills and logical thinking;
-Mathematics skills;
-Very organized;
-Quality orientation/attention to detail;
-Familiarity in Database querying and hands-on experience using SQL;
-Documentation skills;
-Medium Level of English, verbal & written;
-Lean Six Sigma is a plus;
-UML is a plus;
-Computer proficiency: Operating systems, Database, Microsoft SQL, Programming Languages, Word and XLS Processing, Email, Internet
