ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Consult, design, develop, test, implement and support tactical systems for finance. The Systems Analyst position for Oracle Finance Systems and Global Process Operations works globally to support the Finance organization designing, implementing, and supporting tactical business systems that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
The Systems Analyst owns the lifecycle of the programs he or she leads - from inception to full customer production rollout. In this capacity he/she will be expert in business process, application functionality, and implementation in order to provide his/her internal customers with a combination of sales consulting, project management, development, training, and support. The Systems Analyst is also responsible for 100% customer satisfaction and success of the projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: ¿
¿ Work is non-routine and complex, involving the application of technical/business skills.
¿ Works as an individual contributor and as member of the greater team.
¿ Solves problems, designs and implements tactical technical solutions.
¿ Preferred qualifications: BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
¿ 5-10 years of business/technical experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
¿ Strong knowledge of applications development & implementation process (requirements, design, coding, testing, implementing, and support)
¿ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
¿ Technical skills: Java, JDeveloper, Oracle RDBMS
¿ Good written and verbal communication skills
¿ Project management skills
¿ Disciplined self-starter with ability to operate without management involvement on a day to day basis
