The System Engineer will be responsible to design, analyze and write NMS/EMS System Specification Requirements.
The candidate shall prove proficient knowledge in defining and writing NMS System Specification Documents in English.
Minimum 2 years of experience in development NMS/EMS product.
Minimum 3 years of experience in design NMS/EMS System Specification Requirements.
Proficient knowledge of SNMP, MIB and Web/XML Protocols.
Experience in J2EE based NMS/EMS development platform is highly desirable including the following skills: JBOSS, EJB 3, Clustering, XML, Web Services, Oracle and Hibernate.
Experience with ITU-T, TMN, IEEE, WiMax standards is highly desirable.
Experienced with NOC Operations Management Requirements and FCAPS is highly desirable.
