Our client is a banking institution, part of the South-Eastern Europe's financial groups.
Participates to the elaboration of Functional and Technical Specifications;
Coordinates and documents IT projects;
Analyzes and evaluates present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs;
Designs and develops applications and software programs according to Functional and Technical specifications, following internal programming standards and programming best practices;
Writes technical documentation and user instructions for developed applications;
Ensures smooth operation of applications, validity of data and user access security;
Writes and updates technical and operational documentation;
Creates and maintains testing documentation as required.
At least three years experience as programmer/system analyst;
Proven experience of interfacing with business users;
Working knowledge of at least two unrelated programming languages;
Experience in working with RDBMS;
Good command of English language (both speaking and writing);
Strong analytical skills, and business logic;
Degree in computer science or equivalent;
Banking experience is a plus;
Willing to learn and experience new technologies;
Experience of working in a multi site environment;
Knowledge of XML formatting is a plus.
