Main responsibilities
- IT support for Software R&D Center and for Anais clients
- Manage MS SharePoint Server, MS Project Server, and Bug/Issue Tracking System installation; create new sites, sub-sites, and users as required
- System administration and management
- Network management
- Communications management
- Periodical backups
- Windows and Linux accounts administration
- Network maintenance
- Windows and Linux installations, maintenance, and configuration
- Maintain the documentation of all system installed and administered
- Ready to take new challenges and to learn new technologies
- Good Knowledge in one or more of the following operation systems is an advantage: Windows XP, 2003 Server, Linux
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Good knowledge of the TCP/IP protocols, LAN and WAN concepts and practices
- Good knowledge of the structured data cabling systems design and implementation
- Knowledge of HTML and Internet protocols
- Basic knowledge of a programming language like Java, C#, or PHP is a definitive advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- MS Office working knowledge and troubleshooting; experience with implementation and administration of MS SharePoint Server and MS Project Server is an advantage
- Knowledge of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Tomcat and Apache on Linux is a definitive advantage
- Very good knowledge of English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal relationships
A few years of relevant experience is an advantage (also fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
