Reports to: IT Infrastructure Manager
Job scope:
-Administrate and develop the Infrastructure environment in order to meet customer needs.
Job responsibilities:
-Administrate (monitor and troubleshooting) hardware systems (servers, LAN, WAN), operating systems, databases and other infrastructure systems.
- Design and document architecture for servers, applications and networks
-Manage the relationship with related service providers;
- Implement and follow up IT Security conform with Corporate policy, and fast reactions on security threats
-Participate in the design and planning of the infrastructure to support new applications and technologies
Education: University degree in the IT field can be an advantage
Experience: 2-3 years previous experience in similar positions for a environment of over 150 users.
Competencies:
-Very good organization of work;
-Strong customer service skills;
-Strong documentation skills, problem solving skills and project follow up;
-Good verbal & communication skills;
- Problem determination and resolution skills;
Technical skills:
-Experience in administrating MS Windows servers, Active Directory (certification in this area can be an advantage)
-MS networking technologies, Ethernet based TCP/IP Networking Technologies;
-Lotus Notes experience can be an advantage
-Storage Area Network experience can be an advantage.
Languages: English language, good level, both written and spoken
