1 - 2 years experience with Active Directory and Windows 2000/XP in corporate environments. Good knowledge of Active Directory insights, including but not limited to GPO, RIS, DNS, WINS, LDAP, Kerberos, ADSI, Windows Update/WSUS, Exchange Server (Standard/Enterprise), Systems Management Server.
1 ¿ 2 years experience with corporate LAN/WAN environments. Good knowledge of LAN/WAN L2/L3/L4 routing and security protocols. o Experience with corporate backup systems (Veritas NetBackup, Legato Networker, HP DataProtect) is a plus.
Experience with VoIP communication, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco IP phones is a pluso Experience with enterprise-grade hardware (SAN systems, blade servers, clustering protocols, virtualization) is a plus.
Advanced hardware troubleshooting knowledge for computer and networking systemso Very good theoretical knowledge of IP networking, x86 computers and operating systemso Previous experience in ISO-certified organizations is a plus.
