Reports to: IT Infrastructure Manager
- Administrate and develop the Infrastructure environment in order to meet customer needs.
- Administrate (monitor and troubleshooting) hardware systems (servers, LAN, WAN), operating systems, databases and other infrastructure systems.
- Design and document architecture for servers, applications and networks
- Manage the relationship with related service providers;
- Implement and follow up IT Security conform with Corporate policy, and fast reactions on security threats
- Participate in the design and planning of the infrastructure to support new applications and technologies
University degree in the IT field can be an advantage
2-3 year previous experience in similar positions for a environment of over 150 users.

- Very good organization of work;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Strong documentation skills, problem solving skills and project follow up;
- Good verbal & communication skills;
- Problem determination and resolution skills;
Technical skills:
- Experience in administrating MS Windows servers, Active Directory (certification in this area can be an advantage)
- MS networking technologies, Ethernet based TCP/IP Networking Technologies;
- Lotus Notes experience can be an advantage
- Storage Area Network experience can be an advantage
- English language, good level, both written and spoken
