RESPONSABILITATI

- Will be responsible for installing & administering Windows servers, administrating Active Directory in a high availability environment. This includes installing and maintaining systems, backup and keeping patches up-to-date:
- Will be responsible for investigating, tracking, and concluding any incidents that occurs within the environment for which is responsible:
- Provides all the technical support needed (installing, administration, configuring and maintenance);
-The person is responsible in assisting the implementation of tools to monitor the systems;
- Oversee and prioritize maintenance of hardware and software;
-Evaluate and recommend hardware and software purchases and configurations;
- Some other tasks that the SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR could be called upon to perform are after-hours support and maintenance.
- The person will also analyze and resolve end user related issues in a timely and accurate fashion;
- Provide technical assistance in the development and maintenance of plans, documentation, standards and procedures;
- Diagnose problems and provide solutions under pressure and time constraints.


CERINTE

College/University Degree/Certifications (IT domain)
Min.3 year in a relevant environment
1. Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff (including persons who do not have a technical background);
2. Ability to work productively in a team;
3. Very good knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server administration including security patches, upgrades and Active Directory management administration and maintenance
4. Very good knowledge of configuration & administration of MS Exchange server.
5. Knowledge in network protocols, LAN/WAN administration
6. Knowledge of Linux (Red Hat, Slackware, SUSE) would be a plus
7. Comfortable with all aspects of system administration (i.e, system installation and configuration, system security, installing third party software, system troubleshooting), experience with hardware troubleshooting
8. Ability and motivation to learn new technologies quickly
9. Project management skills
10. Attention to detail
11. English - very good knowledge
