Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment;
Offers technical support for server, security, access rights;
Responsible for all activities related to the IT infrastructure.
Good PC and server hardware knowledge;
SCSI (including RAID) basic knowledge;
Good hardware diagnostic skills;
Basic networking skills;
TCP/IP configuration of various operating systems including Window XP Pro, Windows 2000/2003 server;
Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP and IP routing;
Ability to troubleshooting connectivity issues;
Experience of administering Windows 2000/2003 active directory domains;
Server backup management;
Windows patching;
Software installation including desktop and server operating systems;
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
