Installs, maintains and repairs all telecommunication systems within the network;
Interacting with the customers by phone and email
Inspects and checks equipment to locate problems or potential problems or causes of failure and makes necessary repairs and adjustments
Is capable of opening trouble tickets regarding equipment that is a part of Nobel's network worldwide or carrier issues and capable of troubleshooting on all internal switching trouble tickets and insure that they are looked at according to their priority
Ensures that all applications work as expected by performing maintenance on components as needed and using the proper tools
Works on interconnecting other carriers to Nobel's network;
Works with other carriers (companies) to troubleshoot or improve the quality of service between Nobel and its customers
Identifies and resolves problems and restores services to the user in a timely and efficient manner with minimum disruption to the user;

Switching Engineer is responsible for the stability of the network, for performing monitoring, installation, development and troubleshooting of daily issues that appear in the network.
Here's a brief of what we're looking for:
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position;
University graduate;
Basic CISCO knowledge (any certifications are a great plus);
Basic SIP knowledge;
Basic ISDN notions;
Fluency in English;
Eagerness to learn and assume responsibilities;
Persistence in seeking alternative solutions, flexible mind;
Strong personality with excellent communication skills;
You are available to work on shifts (including night shifts).
