Job responsibilities:
- Follows standards and procedures for SWIFT, telex, fax;
- Follows backup and recovery plans in case the system falls, as per BCP requirements;
- Takes care that the SWIFT security measures are implemented and complied with;
- Delivers the SWIFT messages to departments against signature, monitors the SWIFT activity, provides assistance to the SWIFT users in case of NACK messages;
- Forward to the destination the incoming faxes received through Faxination application;
- Sends out the outgoing faxes;
- Sends various reports.
Job requirements:
- University degree;
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar job;
- Operating systems, SWIFT, office applications, previous work experience in the communications protocol field ;
- Good command of English;
- Very good technical skills;
- Analytical skills;
- Accurate person, able to work independently;
- Attention to details;
- Stress tolerance.
