Development of SW applications for the railway field, including
- Architecture definition on subsystem level
- Design, Implementation/Coding and Unit test
- Implementation and execution of manual and automated Test Cases
- Application maintenance and bug fixing
- Documentation
- Regular progress reporting
The development will be performed in a professional environment in close co-operation with experts in Germany.
Education:
- Computer science graduates (Automatics and Computers Faculty, Informatics, Faculty of Cybernetics)
Preferred Project experience:
- Development of Java (standard edition, Swing/SWT, Eclipse RCP)
- Development of graphical user interfaces is a plus
- Development under usage of UML is a plus
Programming languages:
- Java
- C/C++ is a plus
- Basic knowledge in a script languages is a plus
Preferred tools and methods:
- Object Oriented Architecture and Design (OOA/OOD)
- GNU Toolchain
- DDTS/ClearQuest is a plus
- Code Checkers (e.g. QAC) are a plus
- UML Tools (Innovator, RSA, Together) are a plus
- Clear Case/Subversions is a plus
- Design Patterns are a plus
Personal competencies
- Intercultural communication, including the empathy to work in an international team
