RESPONSABILITATI

Development of various components for an Electronic Interlocking System.

Job responsibilities:

• System/ Subsystem specification
• Architectural design
• Detailed design
• Coding
• Test
• Documentation of the work results

The development will be performed in a professional development environment, in collaboration with Thales France.
The technical specifications and the product documentation will be written in English language. The communication with Thales France will be in either French or English.

Technical Environment
• Client/Server architecture
• C++ under Visual Studio 2005 Pro
• CVS and Rational ClearCase
• UML Design with Rational Rose
• WxWidget, ACE, STL, Python


CERINTE

Education:

Technical study of computer science, informatics, transportation, mathematics, physics or similar.

Requested technical competences:

• Strong C++ skills (at least 2 years experience).
• In depth understanding of OOA / OOD concepts.
• Knowledge of UML design, preferably using Rational Rose.
• Experience with version control systems.


The following would be considered significant assets:

• Client/Server Architectures
• ACE (Adaptive Communication Environment)
• wxWidgets
• Python
• STL
• CVS or Rational ClearCase
• Design patterns
• Experience in railway applications
