• Send out surveys on a quarterly basis;
• Analyze and report on the results of the surveys using a standard power-point template;
• Be able to analyze results and pull out important trends;
• Become the subject expert of the surveys and their results;
• Run initiatives to increase the response rate of surveys;
• Be able to present to hiring managers and convince them of the value of completing the surveys;
• Be the expert on using Access systems- offer guidance and solutions to colleagues.
For one of our top clients, the leading supplier of networking equipment and network management for the Internet, ranked among the Best Employers in the world, we are looking for a Survey Analyst.
The role is within the Global HR Operations team and is made up of two main parts. Firstly to be the owner of Global surveys that are sent to Hiring Managers, New Hires and also unsuccessful interviewees for Graduate, Professional and Executive level positions. He will be responsible for the ongoing support of the process. The second part is to be a point of contact for any user problems with Access database.
Requirements:
• Some experience in analysis;
• Excellent knowledge of Access database;
• Good level of Excel, Power-point;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to present to manager groups;
• Attention to detail;
• Advanced level of English.
