- Ensures 1st level support service to resolve problems encountered by external customers, precisely Germans;
- Analyses calls, mail, web submit sent by the customers;
- Gives required support, whenever possible, efficiently and effectively and in accordance with priority and impact;
- Participates as a team member to achieve established maintenance objectives;
- Fluence in both German and English ;
- Technical skills : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Internet;
- Customer sensitivity : understands the needs, requests, problems and priorities of customers, responds immediately to their needs;
- Oral and written communication skills.
