RESPONSABILITATI

- You provide and facilitate the delivery of responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to our major customers.
- You solve complex level of problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product speciality redirected by Microsoft Customer Service Support (CSS) or escalated by our EMEA subsidiaries.
- You provide solutions that satisfy our mainly German and French customers which will involve handling difficult situations (complaint handling, sensitive customer, mission critical support)
- You build customer and partner loyalty through customer orientation, responsiveness and accountability.
- You work in an international environment and collaborate with your team to provide high level support.

- For the Technical Support Centre Romania, Microsoft is looking for a Support Specialist (m/f), located in Bucharest. Start Date ASAP.
- The centre will provide sophisticated technical service and support for Microsoft¿s customers across Europe, especially France and Germany.
- Degree (IT Graduate) or adequate technical background (MCSE/MCSD, other key IT certificates)
- Knowledge in at least one of the following: Operating Systems (Microsoft or Other); Messaging Systems or Database Systems
- Strong working knowledge of English and German or English and French (verbal and written)
- Communication skills in international environment
- Willingness to improve technical skills and language skills
- Service orientation, Action oriented and Problem Solving
