Description:
SpamExperts BV, a key-player in the internet-security industry, is looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active, and skilled specialist. We are looking for someone with technical customer support experience that that loves to help clients solve their questions. You'll be dealing with 1st and 2nd level support requests, however as our clients are generally IT experts themselves the requests received should remain interesting. You will work in a small team in Bucharest of highly motivated professionals and are expected to work in a independent and proactive fashion, reporting directly to the support coordinator.

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Responsibilities:
Support (level 1 & 2)
Telephone support (level 1 & 2)
Basic linux server administration
Server monitoring
Reports to support coordinator


CERINTE

Desired profile:
Bachelor degree or higher
2-5 working years experience in customer oriented support/system
Excellent writing skills and verbal English
Good communication skills
Pro-active and independent worker
Result oriented


Beneficial skills:
Debian Linux experience
Email protocol (SMTP) experience
Bash scripting
MySQL management
Knowledge of email RFC's
Keen interest to learn more about the anti-spam industry
