RESPONSABILITATI

• Acts as a first point of contact for regular, ongoing customer accounts on daily operational matters
• Analyzes sales data and compiles information for reports (e.g., pipeline forecasting, quality assurance); identifies trends and makes observations.
• Manages day-to-day post-sales order management (e.g., credits, returns) and resolution of customer issues (e.g., specialized product builds, performance reports, data analysis);
• Manages open order (backlog) report issues resolution and reaches out to supply chain to determine source of delay;
• Communicates status and escalates issues as necessary.
• Resolves operational issues that may arise from the end-to-end sales process (e.g., order status, returns, and deliveries, invoicing, returns, and financial post-sales programs).
• Collaborates with other functions and organizations to resolve issues (e.g., sales teams, supply chain, logistics) as they relate to customer support.
• Handles regular, on-going customers with low complexity issues.
• Communicates with both internal and external customers at the individual contributor level.


CERINTE

• Intermediate communication skills with ability to convey medium impact messages clearly (verbal, written and presentation) to internal and external peers and management.
Fluent in English and German (min B2).
• Intermediate understanding of moderately complex internal operational issues.
• Developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Broad knowledge of the end-to-end process of sales operations.
• Developing knowledge of local legal compliance issues.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to structure and apply developed organizational skills to manage daily operational issues.
