- provide world-class technical and customer support to customers
- support and document incoming calls/web requests regarding explanations of use, compatibility issues, and general queries
- diagnose root causes of hardware and software issues.
We are looking for energetic people willing to accept the challenge to have a determined job during the winter time (mid of October until mid of January) and also for:
- fluency in English and in a second European language (German/Portuguese/Hebrew)
- computer literacy
- customer service oriented
- effective at problem solving (troubleshooting skills)
- customer support experience - considered an advantage
- 3 months limited contract (which might be extended)
- shift working program (for Portuguese and English)
- working from Thursday to Sunday for Hebrew
