RESPONSABILITATI

- Provides and facilitates the delivery of responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to targeted customers.
- Utilize effective verbal & written skills to communicate with customers
- Monitors and responds to questions on technical aliases.
- Solve increasingly complex level of problems. Provide solutions that satisfy customers which will involve handling difficult situations
- Meet service delivery guidelines within the principles of the Customer Focused Culture.
- Have a working knowledge of current EMEA Customer Service Support, Global policies and processes involving case handling and support boundaries. Take an active role in challenging and suggesting enhancements on existing processes and workflows.
- Develop own technical knowledge on products/technologies related to the team scope and business needs.
- Manage hot site issues by setting customer expectations, devising action plans and communicating to CTSC, TAM and customers


CERINTE

- Technical Degree or adequate practical background
- IT Graduate (preferred University) or essential certification (MCSE/MCSD, other key IT certificates)
- Knowledge of operating software, system software, Business Applications, databases systems or Hardware Know How (basic education in one ore more of the above techniques)
- Knowledge of English and German or French - strong working knowledge/skill (verbal & written)
- Preferable: Working experience in an international environment and/or IT environment, preferred support centre
