- Maintain the internal network ¿ server; sites;
- Installation of new workstations or laptops
- Supervise and keep the office equipment functional
- Back up servers and databases
- Maintain internal documentation and procedures
- Ensure the proper function of the phone system
- Make changes to the web sites as requested
- Create templates for newsletters or other (as requested)
- Send regular or ad-hoc emails and newsletters
- Report and follow ¿ up issues related to the internet connection and warranties of the equipments
- Install / re-install equipments when required
- Maintain the existing applications (dotproject, wikitiki, sites, Panorama, etc.)
