- Placing and modification orders in line with customer orders and demand;
- Review and revise unallocated stock in line with recent demand/commercial activity
- Responsible for producing weekly reports describing next available production
- Reporting and following off all production programme modifications;
- Assist with maintenance of product database;
- Assist in sales and production forecasting;
- Contribute to the implementation of the IT Systems and their improvement;
- University degree;
- A first experience in logistics can be a plus;
- Computer literacy is essential, preferably with Microsoft office;
- Good level in English, an understanding of French is desirable, but not essential;
- Absolute attention of details;
- Commercial Awareness;
- Team player;
