Mission
Deliver front-line support & do pre-sales in Bucharest for customers wordwide.
Objectives
Take-over all front-line and pre-sales activities from existing employees.
Extend the set of procedures and improve the work-flow for all support activities.
Main responsibilities
Act as a dispatcher for all inquiries from customers and assign to the appropriate technical peer.
Work on the pre-sales plan, while tracking the progress.
Escalate in case of emergencies to the 2ndand 3rdlevel support teams.
Constantly improve the work flows and procedures based on customer & internal feedback.
Proficient in English – written and spoken
Exceptional customer etiquette
Proficiency in email comunication
Solution driven
Sales skills
Customer approach, experienced with customers
Technical knowledge of servers/networking is a big plus
Website technologies a plus
Work equipment
Laptop for mobile use, external display, mouse & keyboard for office use.
Comfortable working chair.
Smartphone and mobile subscription (voice + data) for on-call activities.
Work schedule
6 hours/day in-office working schedule (flexible); preferably in the noon/after-noon.
On-call activities for the rest of time (e-mails, emergency phone calls, solve urgent issues).
