- will communicate with customers, internal and external engineers via electronic correspondence or telephone
- will provide solutions that satisfy customers which will involve handling difficult situations
- will take an active role in challenging and suggesting enhancements on existing processes and workflows.

The candidate must have a practical background on the following technologies:
- Strong knowledge of Visual Studio, C++, C# or VB.NET
- Good Knowledge of .Net Framework on Assemblies/JIT compilation, Memory Management and Garbage Collector
- Good Windows Operating System background on Threads, Processes and Memory Management (Heap, Stack, Virtual Memory)
- Strong working knowledge of English and German OR French (verbal and written) it’s a must
Additional skills on one of the following technologies will be considered as a plus:
- Debugging / Creating and Reading memory Dumps
- Knowledge of ATL, MFC, Win API
- Skills on COM, COM+, DCOM, MSDTC, MSMQ, Biztalk, WebServices, Remoting
