An opportunity exists to make an impact within our Innovation group. Specifically, we are looking for a Support Engineer to become an integral part of our Development Services division
As a Support Engineer, you are going to support clients who use released versions of Clarity 6, an external reporting application. You will work closely with Clarity 6 developers and all other teams within the Product Development Group. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow continually, and to influence the development of external reporting application.
Technical Environment:
Windows application based on different versions of Microsoft .Net Framework
Relational and OLAP databases
Visual Studio 2008, C#, LINQ, Infragistics, DevExpress, Aspose
XBRL
Interfacing with Microsoft Excel and Word
Deliverables:
Conducting web meetings with clients to identify issues
Investigating technical and configuration issues as
Producing quality hot fixes and service packs for a growing suite of products
Creating diagnostic and troubleshooting tools
Maintaining a knowledge base for internal and external clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding analytical and problem solving ability
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience in software programming, ideally with financial applications
