Responsibilities
- Using broad and in-depth product knowledge provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions and information to major customers;
- Provide solutions to complex problems that satisfy our German speaking customer base. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers and mission critical support;
- Build customer and partner loyalty through customer orientation, responsiveness and accountability;
- Work in an international environment and collaborate with your team to provide high-level support.
Requirements
Depending on your level of seniority, at least 2 of following criteria are mandatory:
- Knowledge of the HTTP/HTML, Scripting with VB, Java
- Web Server knowledge, IIS6 or other Web Applications
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Infrastructure)
- Operating system (Windows 2000, XP, 2003; NLB, DNS, Networking, Protocols, Domain – MCSE 2000/2003)
Essential experience:
- Confirmed support experience in an IT environment
- Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills
- Communication skills in international environment;
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
