On behalf of our client - a leading multinational software company - we a searching for a Support Engineer - German Speaker.
Responsibilities:
- Find solutions to complex problems;
- Provide and facilitate technical solutions and information to our customers;
- Work in an international environment and collaborate with your team to provide high-level support.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years strong design, administration and/or support experience with Microsoft Windows Operating;
- Familiar with troubleshooting;
- Good knowledge of Networking protocols;
- Familiar with Network tracing;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and file replication mechanism;
- Good understanding of the network and authentication protocols;
- Good understanding of security principles (User profiles, authentication, authorization, PKI: EFS/SmartCard/Certificates);
- Strong working knowledge of English and German (verbal and written);
- Communication skills;
- Willingness to improve technical skills and language skills;
- Service orientation, action oriented and problem solving.
