Responsibilities
The candidate will communicate with customers, internal engineers and appropriate MS subsidiary staff via electronic correspondence or telephone. Will solve complex level of problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty redirected by the Global Technical Support Center or escalated by EMEA subsidiary sites.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be required to have a Technical Degree or adequate practical background (2-3years) on software development. The following things will be appreciated:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Development Environments (Visual Studio)
- Programming skills with C++, C# or VB.Net
- Good Windows Operating System background on Threads, Processes and Memory Management (Heap, Stack, Virtual Memory)
- Strong knowledge of English and German (verbal and written) it’s a must.
