RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible with administrative activities for one of the Senior Management members;
- Handle correspondence (receive, sort, direct), deal with incoming/outgoing phone calls;
- Organise the manager’s agenda (meetings, interviews, conferences,seminars etc);
- Prepare general correspondence (reports, memos, letters, minutes, etc);
- Prepare business translations into/from English;
- Organise the filing system; Keep an accurate evidence of correspondence;
- Prepare the agenda and take minutes for management meetings;
- Manage arrangements for meetings, travel, accommodation etc.


CERINTE

- Medium to high level of education; Secretarial College degreee would be an asset;
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Previous experience in a similar position would be an asset;
- Solid communication skills;
- High standards of order, quality & efficiency;
- Discrete and able to handle confidential information;
- Client oriented;
- Quick learner;
- Proactive;
- Able to prioritize;
- Solving problems attitude;
- Fluent English, written and spoken;
- Good PC skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
