- Compiles the collected planning data and provides guidelines for the refinery planners with the objective of maximum profit;
- Checks the planning results delivered by the refinery planners, for maximum profit and the accordance to the guidelines.
- Elaborates information and reports data in a default form, requested by superios;
- Analyzes the opportunity for internal cooperation and the opportunity for transferring raw materials between refineries and/or other companies;
- Analyzes crude oil offers, the possibilities for their processing and also the stock possibilities in order to draft proposals regarding importing opportunities;
- Evaluates economy of feedstock (new crude, purchased semifinished products) and sales (products and semifinished products) by using the LP-Model;
- Continuous monitoring of the planning process and adjustment to up to date conditions;
- Responsible for up to date documentation of unit capacities, shut downs and specifications;
- Substitution of "Coordinator of the Refinery Production Planning".
- Academic degree in technical domain or minimal 3 years experience in a similar position;
- Strong computer skills: MS Office;
- Strong knowledge about refinery and petrochemicals processes and installations, functioning schemes, processing fluxes and necessary raw materials, processing expenses, crude oil processing technologies, overall strategy and refinery specific strategies;
- Foreign language: English.
