JOB PURPOSE
* Ensure product availability in Balkans locations; agree the optimal inventory levels and maintain it within the agreed limits; avoid/minimize the costs related obsolete inventory
* Provide supply support for new product launches in Balkans
* Ensure good relationship/ communication with Plants, Distributors.

JOB SCOPE
* Work efficiently with Plants, in order to ensure right amount of product, at the right time, in the right place (on going and for initiatives)
* Avoid, reduce remnants
* Provide realistic, proactive feedback on new initiatives
* You will work in a Multifunctional Team, including Brand, Sales, Finance, Demand Planning
* You will report to the Category Planning Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure target availability
- Give accurate/valuable input in forecasting process
- Identify and react as fast as possible at forecast deviations
- Ensure target inventory level
- Agree production plan with plants in line with shipments and agreed inventory targets
- Quarterly reviews with all plants - review inventory parameters, initiatives, planning processes, long term capacity planning
- Provide timely feedback on initiatives with respect to remnants exhaustion plans and follow up on them
- Ensure timely delivery of the initiatives from Supply Management point of view
- Give input on replenishment process and follow up on it
- Define the critical activities need for the execution of the initiative, align the timings, and follow-up of their completion
- Flag/escalate any potential delays to Team Leader
- Take actions to maintain on track the Product Supply related activities
- Develop and maintain good relationships with all partners

- Completed University Degree
- Excellent English knowledge
- Leadership and problem solving skills
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills.
