- Optimize the supply chain, reducing Bricostore company logistics costs (accordingly to budget);
- Manage all aspects of replenishment and ensure the most efficient performance through a Third Party Logistic provider;
- Develop and manage materials planning for goods and materials demanded by Company's points of sales;
- Create integrated processes among points of sales/stores, purchasing, logistics and outside suppliers to execute the planning/replanishment process;
- Identify systems tools needed to implement planning/forecasting systems;
- Building Bricostore volume, increasing avalability and rotation in the Bricostore warehouse;
- Mantaining product flow to meet in stock and inventory turn goals;
- Interacts daily with buyers, suppliers, store operations to successfully meet a broad line of business objectives;
- Manage and supervise Bricostore national and international transport activity;
- Recommending and implementing process improvements;
- Manage daily operations, lead, enable and energize direct reporting team to peak the performance ( within the respect of International Logistic Procedures, within the sourcing office in ARENA Asia).
- University degree;
- At least 3 years experience on a simmilary position;
- Strong knowledges of MsOffice;
- Fluent speaker for foreign languages English/French is a must;
- Strong leadership skills, customer service mentality, high degree of self management, flexibility in adapting to change.
- Interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the organization: sales, marketing, finance.
