Due to an extensive organizational growth Pioneer Hi-Bred, the subsidiary of Pioneer Hi-Bred Int'l Inc in Romania, is looking for a highly dedicated professional in the above mentioned position.
The responsibilities of the future employee include:
- Supervise quality supply and logistic activities EE wide to ensure Eastern European production and logistics meeting Eastern European, European and global market needs by developing the optimum allocation and shipment plans.
- Ensure Croatian, Hungarian, Romanian and Ukrainian supply and logistics to meet different market specifications, minimize discard levels.
- Supervise inventory records for products in Croatia, Hungary, Romania and Ukraine.
- Controls the quality of produced seed, coordinates proposals for discarding, makes proposal for marginal quality sales.
- Coach and manage a team to meet business objectives and to improve processes for increased efficiency and results.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Agricultural or Economic University
- 4-5 years experience in seed industry, Quality Supply, logistic and warehousing or plant management experience is a must
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
