RESPONSABILITATI

- Market Planning (Demand & Supply): Ensures the Finished Product availability for the going business. Translates forecasts into replenishment requests at our Plants / Contract Manufacturers. Ensures the product availability of new initiatives and ensures that Supply Chain Success criteria have been met in full. Works closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing and Finance to enable successful business plans. Finally, contributes to the Working Capital improvement by Managing Country Finished Product Inventories;

- Customer Service (incl Total Order Management): the total process from order generation of information (coding) till physical delivery to our Customers. Ensures that Processes are optimized to ensure the highest level of effectiveness (perfect orders) and efficiency (clean order, order cycle time);

- Warehouse & Distribution Mgt.: Secures Distribution Center & Transportation reliability. Ensures the elimination of non value added costs at W/houses and Hauliers. Ensures the lowest Total Logistics Cost (TLC) with high delivery reliability;

- Business Logistics: the joined logistics work with our Customers (if and when applicable). Plans together with Sales & Customers the optimal product availability at D.C. and on shelf. Defines opportunities to cut non-value added costs at the Customer side. Implementation of ECR best practices, i.e. Palletized Deliveries EDI, CRP (i.e. Continuous Replenishment, Cross Docking, ABC logistics costing and measurements, systems to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply;

- Coordinates the Integrated Business Planning (I.B.P.) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes;

- Jointly develops with Mktg., Sales and Finance plans to reduce the number of non-value added SKU’s. Develops together with Group Supply Chain Planners & Categories, plans to (a) rationalize of SKU’s and (b) share SKU’s with other Countries;

- Ensures compliance to Quality Assurance Company requirements;

- Develops and follows through execution of Country Supply Chain Budgets in line with International Division, Group Supply Chain and Group Finance guidelines;

- Progress Monitoring / Reports: Monthly Country Supply Chain Scorecard, Monthly Letter of Country Supply Chain activities and Quarterly Business Reviews (tel. Conf or Country visits).


CERINTE

- 8-10 years of supply chain, purchasing and transportation management experience (FMCG, retail, pharma);
- Min. 5 years experience in a management position;
- Experience in coordinating at least 100 people;
- PC knowledge: SAP - a must, other ERP;
- Good command of English.


Technical skills:
- Supply Chain principles for Inventory Management and Optimization;
- Supply Chain principles for Availability Management;
- Internal order acquisition, order processing, shipping & billing systems;
- Warehouse and Distribution principles;
- Financial Theory for non Financial Mgrs (i.e. Budgeting, P&L formulation, Financial Indices analysis, ABC analysis principles etc).



Managerial Skills:

- People management and coaching;
- Leadership skills and direction setting;
- Project management and follow up on other people project management;
- Effective Interpersonal working Relationships with Sales, Marketing, Finance at Group & Country Level.
