RESPONSABILITATI

Managing and coordinating the logistics team and demand planning team;
Coordinating the shipping and dispatching together with the logistics partners towards the dealers;
Participating and coordinating of new International Key Accounts delivery process;
Managing the customs activities;
Being responsible of Logistics & Demand Planning Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
Coordinating the import procedures and activities, shipping confirmation and goods reception;
Maintaining the stock evidence and control;
Solving and managing the complains and the returns of damaged goods;
Estimating and controlling the logistics costs;
Issuing the KPI periodical reports and reports for new KPI;
Working closely with Sales team for defining, updating and following forecasts:
- creation of weekly forecast using model and systems;
- data analysis and outlining of figures that are out of range;
- preparing of monthly moving plan forecast input in internal systems;
- analyzing the updated delivery plan and convey the analysis to Sales force.
Coordinating planning and ordering in order to avoid long term stock or shortage of products;
Coordinating purchasing activity for the category of products assigned;
Administrating relationship with LGE factories worldwide;
Ensures supply chain management.


CERINTE

University degree;
Minimum 5 years experience as Logistics Manager or 3 years as SCM Manager;
Previous working experience within Consumer Electronics, FMCG or Pharmaceutical field is considered a plus;
Very good knowledge of English language;
Very good command of MS Office (especially MS Excel);
Very organized person, attentive to details, able to set priorities;
Skills and ability to motivate staff to achieve / exceed sales targets.
