- Follow up & organize logistics and distribution activities, responsible for coordinating daily transportation and deliveries.
- Coordinate all the activities from the warehouses, responsible for the manpower management in 2 facilities.
- Allocate and check daily work and follow up on deliveries and warehouses operations. Ensure all documentation is properly filled in.
- Understand, operate and interpret the transportation management software, fault finding for daily operations.
- Organize cross-country project based pick-ups and deliveries, coordinate external courier and in house couriers under efficient terms for company.
- Manage company car fleet and reporting system.
- Insure that company policies, rules and regulations are in place in all IM facilities.
- Responsible for the implementation and reporting of the Health, Safety and Security policy.
Reports to: M.D. Service Delivery
Liases with: Account Management, Finance, Customer Service
- Experience in a similar position (at least 6 month)
- University degree
- Very good knowledge of English, French speaking is a plus
- Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to organize the activity, to set and respect priorities;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Knowledge of MS Office package and facility to use new applications.
- Calm and organized person, self-motivated, focus on results.
- Minimum 2 years experience in car fleet management, logistics or transportation field.
- Driving license minimum 2 years experience.
- Ability to cover flexible schedule.
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage.
