Through pro-active management of the company suppliers and their data stored in the IT systems company, the Business Systems Analyst will be able to bring the Supply Chain function to a more strategic level. Not only is it a key role within the organization but also a very visible and challenging role to play.

Main responsilities:
• Act as focal point of contact with regards to Supply Chain Business Systems application, ie e-procurement, Finance, Statistics, Reporting, Contract register tools. Liaise with Business Systems Manager for rollout and communication around new functionalities;
• Promote use of the e-procurement/ ERP systems, Communicate, Provide training to users regarding the use e-procurement tools and/or interfaces to ERP system when necessary or requested;
• Creation, maintenance and control of company’s supplier records in e-procurement/ERP/Contracts database systems for the organization, with a goal to monitor, report deficiencies where appropriate and act pro-actively to correct deviations;
• Distribute regularly statistical reports to Management based on data retrieved from Supplier. Analyze and suggest improvements;
• Participate in the development and communication of standard working processes for Supply Chain across the organization;
• Health, Safety & Environment: Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, in all aspects of the Supply Chain activity;
• The position will cover the companies operations in Continental Europe.


CERINTE

• University Degree;
• Desirable Educational: Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering;
• 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Management and/or IT systems mgt.;
• Ability to communicate fluently in English both orally and in writing;
• Available to travel in the country and abroad;
• Computer Systems oriented;
• Computer skills: Word/ Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
