Responsible for implementing supplier EDI transactions for suppliers in Americas, Europe and Asia;
Coordinate testing with suppliers and internal Flextronics teams for EDI testing and implementation;
Manage team of Business Analysts in Timisoara;
Report progress to management on a weekly basis;
Provide leadership to the team and on supplier business process and advice EIS management on the best practices, solutions and technologies;
Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by EIS management, or as they become evident from time to time.
Team Management:
Conducting individual one-on-one productivity reviews;
Holding effective regular team meetings;
Managing the real-time, daily and monthly team productivity;
Managing individual and team performance to expectations;
Acting in a supporting role for the business analyst on their team;
Manage adherence to all procedures and policies;
Recognize and reward good performance;
Coach and counsel those who do not have good performance issuing documented action plans and formal disciplinary action as necessary and as outlined in the disciplinary action procedure document.
4 Year degree;
Any credited Technical Diploma/Degree required Microsoft Certifications is a must;
ITIL certification would be an added advantage.
3-5 Years applicable experience with at least one year in a Supervisory role.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures or documents;
Ability to write reports and procedure manuals; Ability to effectively present information and respond to information from groups;
MS Office skills;
Proficiency in English.
