On behalf of our client, a leading multinational consulting and outsourcing company, we are searching for a SUPERVISOR willing to develop a career in the financial field.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation and coordination of the timely internal operational reporting;
- Responsible for preparation and coordination of the operational controls, co-operation with client’s internal auditor;
- Identification, development and implementation of process and other changes /improvements;
- Ensures that day-to-day tasks are completed to agreed deadlines and quality standards/documented processes and manage day-to-day performance for all streams of work;
- Identify and management of issues and risks associated with service delivery to our clients;
- Develops appropriate client relationships – both within teams and personally;
- Develops a motivated and energetic team; coaching of employees; keeping good relationships to direct reports.
Skills, knowledge & experience:
- Previous accounting experience/studies;
- Experience with accounting system (Oracle) is a big plus;
- Certain level of supervisory experience required;
- Written and spoken ability to communicate in Spanish for client interaction;
- Written and spoken ability to communicate in English;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;
- Flexibility, especially in the period of month -end closing;
- Reliable, active approach;
- Responsibility, accuracy.
