- Supervise and control the work of the Warehouse employees, ensuring full compliance to company policies and procedures;
- Monitor and improve outsourced services performance;
- Administrate warehouse work processes and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with cost objectives and quality and safety standards;
- Ensure at all times proper storage of all types of materials (FG’s, NTM’s and tobaccos), avoiding nonconformities and shortages;
- Assess and motivate the subordinates, support their training and career development.
- University degree;
- Min 3 years experience in managing complex inhouse or oursourced operations involving raw materials / finished goods (preferably excisable);
- Experience in budget planning and in contract / supplier management;
- Good communication and analytical skills;
- Achievement Orientation;
- Integrity;
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience in working with an ERP system (SAP, Expandable etc);
- Good command of English.
