RESPONSABILITATI

The challenging responsibilities of this rewarding position are:

-Ensure customer Statement Of Work is met;

Managing, Improvement Operations & Process, inclusive Budget
-Ensure that appropriate processes and tools are leveraged to manage and optimize our operational performance;
-Assign tasks to right people;
-Develop capability for operational continuity;
-Achieve targeted efficiency gains and productivity norms;
-Ensure business controls are implemented and optimized;
-Ensure Production Planning process is implemented;
-Ensure implementation of the Quality Management System


CERINTE

-Bachelor’s / graduate degree;
-Advanced written and spoken English skills;
-Fluency in German / French / Spanish will be considered a strong plus;
-+ 5 years working experience with minimum 2-3 years of relevant people management experience;
-International experience / international business exposure / Business & Process Outsourcing knowledge in contract management, telephone support/call centers, microcomputer industry will be highly appreciated;
-People and conflict management, coaching, development and leading teams skills;
-Excellent communication and convincing skills;
-Team spirit and team player;
-Strong planning and organizing capabilities;
-Experience in SAP — Contract Management is an asset.
