RESPONSABILITATI

He/she is responsible to achieve sales goals in the regional area responsible for in accordance with regional marketing and sales plans. He/she frequently consolidates support functions for the national business to provide efficiencies of scale. He/she assesses business opportunities, supports distributors in acquiring new customers and execute sales plans successfully and implements regional sales strategies and pinpoints actively problem areas and propose solutions. Actively he/she calls on key accounts, supports free-on-loan machines and promotion payments of distributors to secure a sustainable customer network in HoReCa assists distributors in daily business where appropriate. He/she controls cost budgets of regional sales activities such as service articles, trade deals and marketing allowances.


CERINTE

-Commercial know how
-Good PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Good category, product and channel knowledge, appropriate coffee machine know-how
-driving license B
-min. 5 years successful experience in sales in FMCG, preferred AFH/HoReCa business
