- Initiates development and follows up implementation of security and emergency plans;
- Co-ordinates and implements sites¿ security operations and actions related to employees, visitors, other stakeholders and physical assets;
- Co-ordinates completion of annual security assessment for PM Romania and Bulgaria and monitors implementation of all related actions approved;
- Facilitates implementation of proactive programs to mitigate potential incidents;
- Ensures that regular testing, review and update of the emergency management plans are performed; Ensures employee awareness towards information protection in liaison with IS Security Officer.
- Min. 5 years experience in security or emergency situations with 3 years in supervisory / managerial position within a multinational environment;
- University degree;
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation, practices and methods related to security and emergency situations;
- Good knowledge of security systems, components, principles of use and related security measurements;
- Proven track record of project management
- Demonstrated Integrity;
- Analytical and learning capability;
- High degree of concern for order and quality;
- Coaching and leading others skills;
- English language ¿ proficient level;
- Computer literate ¿ MS Office package;
- Driving licence ¿ B category.
