- Supervise the implementation and effective operation of sites’ security procedures;
- Initiate the development and effective implementation of security and emergency plans;
- Co-ordinate the conduct of annual security assessment for PM Romania and Bulgaria and monitor implementation of all follow up activities;
- Facilitate the implementation of preventive programs to mitigate potential security risks;
- Ensure that regular testing, review and update of the emergency management plans are performed;
- Support IS Security Officer in keeping the employees’ awareness with regards to the information protection requirements and procedures concerned.
- Min. 5 years experience in security or emergency situations with 3 years in supervisory position within a multinational environment;
- University degree;
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation, practices and methods related to security and emergency situations;
- Good knowledge of security systems, components, principles of use and related security measurements;
- Proven track record of project management;
- Demonstrated Integrity;
- Analytical and learning capability;
- High degree of concern for order and quality;
- Coaching and leading others skills;
- English language – proficient level;
- Computer literate – MS Office package;
- Driving license – B category.
