-Manage timely and cost efficiently the purchasing of all marketing, sales and technical materials and professional services from external sources, to ensure the availability in required quality and quantity and in line with the company policy and procedures;
-Manage vendor base to keep it active and effective so as to create and maintain a competitive environment and pricing & supply security;
-Ensure constructive relationships with suppliers are set-up, and regularly evaluate supplier performance;
-Check content of all received requisitions to ensure they meet technical specifications before inquiries are released to the suppliers;
-Formulate appropriate negotiation strategies, control selection and release the bid evaluation report.
-Organise, manage and control the work of subordinates, motivate and encourage their professional development, maintain team spirit.
-University degree;
-Min. 3 years experience in Procurement;
-Experience in budget, plan preparation and contract / supplier management;
-Integrity;
-Teamwork and cooperation;
-Strong customer service orientation;
-Analytical and learning capability;
-Achievement orientation;
-Experience with an ERP system;
-Good spoken and written English;
-Very good command of MS Office applications.
